While competitors charge an arm and a leg for shipping, our shipping options are straightforward and affordable. Jparvenda partners with multiple delivery companies to deliver to as many areas as possible, however, we do not currently deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Montana, remote areas, or islands. The best way to confirm if we can ship to your home is to enter your delivery ZIP code on any product page. If your delivery address falls outside our delivery range, you won't be able to complete your order.

Once your order is ready, we'll reach out to schedule delivery. If you do not schedule your order within 30 days of our outreach, we will consider the order abandoned. Abandoned orders may incur storage and restocking fees and may be cancelled. If you need more time or have issues scheduling, please reach out to customer service. In the unlikely event that damage to your home occurs during delivery, please report to our Customer Service team within 3 days.
